I had to download this for a class, but it was a great textbook! Nice book, I got this as a text book for a class. Learned a lot. Awesome book great read shipped fast.

Rented this book from site for my Leadership class. The book has good content but the book itself arrived in very poor shape. The edges of the cover it's paperback were tearing and coming off so I had to tape it down to keep the cover in tact.

This textbook fulfills the promises it makes in the introduction - it's full of examples and 'pulled from the headlines' information, As someone who is preparing for HRCI certification, I appreciate the way the authors made the book relevant to me. It doesn't go in-depth enough to enable a student to take the certification exam and pass it, but it covers all the subjects on the test.
